Arthur, age 82, a long time resident of Abbotsford, passed away peacefully surrounded by family into the presence of his Lord, on Monday, July 30, 2007. Arthur will be remembered by his loving wife Margaret of 56 years; 3 sons Loren (Krysta), Barry (Trish), Ken (Linda); 7 grandchildren, Josh, Jordy, Christopher, Jaclyn, David, Mikael, and Rachelle; brother Nick (Betty); also numerous nieces and nephews and dear friends. Arthur will be remembered for his love and faithfulness to the Lord Jesus Christ, his family, and his compassionate heart for people.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 3, 2007 from 7 to 9 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2007 at 2:00 pm from Christian Life Assembly, 21277 – 56 Ave, Langley. If friends so desire, donations in Arthur’s memory may be made to The Gideon’s.
