STOTYN, Arida (Ada)
September 6, 1915 - May 12, 2008.
Devoted wife, mother, neighbour and friend. Ada Wichers was born in Holland and emigrated with her family to the Nobleford, Alberta area at the age of six months. She married William (Bill) Stotyn in 1942. They spent 3 years in Kingston, Ontario while Bill served in the army, and then went back to Nobleford. In 1967 they moved to Abbotsford, BC, where she remained until her passing. She is survived by William, children Sheila, Bonnie and Russell, 5 grandchildren, and numerous friends. We will miss her strength and caring heart. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 23 at 2:00 PM at Living Hope Christian Reformed Church, 34631 Old Clayburn Road, Abbotsford, BC. Donations can be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada in lieu of flowers.
