ANTON (Toni) FUSSI. 1930 ~ 2011. Our beloved husband, father, Opa and Uhr Opa passed away on Sunday, December 18, 2011 with his loving family at his side. Toni was born in Austria on June 8, 1930 and immigrated to Abbotsford with his family in 1954. He started his plumbing business, A.F. Plumbing, shortly thereafter and retired in 1989. He had a love of the outdoors, fishing, gardening, music and woodworking. He is predeceased by his mother and father, Elisabeth and Eustachius, his sister Agatha and his brother, August. He is survived by his loving wife, Susanna, his children, Melitta (Greg), Susanna, Toni (Peter) and Robert (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Christine, Gregory (daughter Zayla), Andrew, Trent and Brianne; his step grandchildren, Sonia (Darrell), Fred (Diane), Paul (Renya) and Victoria (Daniel); seven step great grandchildren; three step great great grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the caring staff at the Abbotsford Regional Hospital. A Mass will be held at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford, BC on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Toni Fussi may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
