LOEWEN Anne. Anne Enns Loewen died peacefully on March 14, 2013 with her children at her side. She was born in Petrovka, Siberia on June 15, 1922 to Heinrich Enns and Margaretha Klippenstein Enns. At age four, her family immigrated to Canada; she spent the majority of her childhood in Yarrow, BC. She married Jacob A. Loewen in 1945, aware of Jacob's call to be a missionary. They lived and worked in the USA, Colombia, Peru, France, Zambia and Togo before they retired to BC in 1982. She is survived by daughters Gladys Loewen (Mel Felker), Vancouver; Dorothy Joyce Pauls, Abbotsford; Sharon Shepherd (David), Fort Scott, Kansas; son William Loewen (Margaret), Sioux Falls, South Dakota; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren: 3 siblings: Henry Enns, Pete Enns (Marie), George Enns (Helen) and many very beloved nieces and nephews; Her husband Jacob, son-in-law Al Pauls, sisters Margaret Neufeldt, Helen Neufeldt, Sarah Martens, and brothers John Enns and Jake Enns preceded her in death. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Quiring Loewen Trust: QL Trust
