VAN LOO, Ann. 1964 ~ 2011. Ann Van Loo, mother, grandmother, sister, wife, and best friend, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2011 with her family at her side. Ann was a strong and courageous lady in her battle against cancer, who brought a special light into people's lives.You will always be loved and remembered. Ann is survived by her loving husband Guy Van Loo; children Crystal Young of Abbotsford, Daisy Young of Langley, Greg Young of Calgary, and JT Young of Calgary; grandchildren Caleb, Megan and Tyler; and sister Brenda Thomas. She was predeceased by her parents John and Myrtle Patterson. A Celebration of Ann's life will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in Crossroads Community Church, 2990 Voght St., Merritt, BC with Jim Potter officiating. If friends so desire, memorial donations in Ann's name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
