Amy Pallet (nee Wright)

Amy passed away peacefully at the age of 93 at Cascade Lodge in Chilliwack. She was born in Montreal, Quebec but has resided in Chilliwack for the past 20 years. Amy was a World War II veteran and served in the Canadian Women's Army Corps as an armourer. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 59 years Morris in 2006. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Donna-Lee (Bruce) and her son Wayne and special friends Dan and Darlene Wollf and family. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Esau and all the staff at Cascade Lodge for their compassionate care and understanding during her stay and we will be forever grateful. A Memorial Service will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #280, Vedder Road, Chilliwack on February 4, 2017 at 11:00 am. Amy wished to be cremated and her ashes will be placed along with her husband Morris at Vedder View Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer Society of BC or the Canadian Cancer Society. Cremation and burial arrangements in care of McLean Funeral Services Ltd.
