Alexander Por, late of Abbotsford, BC, passed away at the MSA Hospital on October 27, 2007, after a lengthy illness, at the age of 85 years.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 62 years, Anna; sisters Emily and Elsie; sons Richard (Judy), Stan (Hellen), Ron (Dianne), Bart (Kristine); daughter Carol; grandchildren Michael (Jennifer), Kelly (Clint), Bradley, Kristopher (Ashley), Brendan, Grayson, Casey, Brianna, Robert, Lexi and great grandson Jacob.
Alex was a very loving husband, father and grandfather. His sense of humour and willingness to help others will be missed by all who knew him.
A celebration of Alex's life will be held on Saturday, November 10 from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at the home of Ron and Dianne Por. 34229 Woodbine Cres., Abbotsford, BC.
