Albert Ronald HULL

May 22, 2005

Born in Victoria, BC, on August 22, 1944, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2005. Albert was the beloved husband of Judith Hull, who together fought a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was loved by his three children daughter Alexis and her husband John; sons Ron and wife Sam, and Bob and wife Linden.

He will be forever missed by his grandchildren Kaden, Mikayla and Aubrey MacLeod, Mackenzie, Madison and Cassie Hull, Ellis and James Hull. He is survived by his sisters Diane (Ken), Lucille (Alex), and Elsie (Tom), and brother in laws Gerry (Marilyn), Jim (Marianne). He was predeceased by his father Aubrey and mother Helen; brother Gary and niece Michelle.

In the fall of 1971 Albert and his young family moved to Matsqui to dairy farm. There he made many good friends and became involved in many community clubs and events. After 19 years of farming Albert and Judy moved to Pender Harbour where they began there next adventure at Duncan Cove Resort as owner/operators where he had spent his last 14 years. Albert's love of fishing made the resort a perfect place to live. He will be sadly missed by all who got to know him in the community and at the resort. Morning coffee meetings in front of the office will never be the same. Albert was a very talented man who could do just about anything he put mind to. His last venture was working on his new lathe turning out some beautiful bowls and vases. He always had a story to tell, especially if it had to do with the one that got away. His knowledge and storytelling will never be forgotten. He will be truly missed by those who knew him.

A celebration of his life will be held at Duncan Cove Resort on June 8, 2005 at 1:30 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Pender Harbour Health Clinic.
