Abe Dyck

Abe Dyck, 86, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2019 in Abbotsford. He was born November 4, 1932 in Paraquay. Abe and his family came to Canada in 1950. Abe and Rose married on July 26, 1954 in Abbotsford and have two sons: Rob (Judy) and Rudy (Marg).
He was predeceased by his wife Rose, his parents Louise and Abraham, and sister Helen. He will be greatly missed by everyone including his sister Elsie, grandchildren Shannon (Dave), James (Rebecca), Lindsay (Mark), Michelle (Jamie), 7 great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
Abe loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, travelling in his retirement years, and cooking his legendary chicken noodle soup.
A special thanks to the staff at the Menno Hospital 2 West for their care and support over the past 18 months. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Fraternal Order of Eagles Hall, 33868 Essendene Avenue in Abbotsford between 1 - 4 pm on Sunday, June 2, 2019.
