Whereas Autoroute Trucking Ltd., and Bodkin, a Division of Bennington Financial Corp., is indebted to ARA Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd., for repairs completed on a 2019 Volvo TT, VIN: 4V4NC9EH3KN906329. There is presently an amount due and owing of $8,043.67 plus any additional costs of transport, storage, seizure and sale. Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of August 2024 or thereafter, the said mentioned unit will be sold.
