ATTENTION: Bulk Water Customers

The City is switching to a new interface and automatic billing system for the three bulk water filling stations located on Sumas Mountain Road, Townline Road and Farmer Road.

The new system, called Flowpoint, allows customers to access, manage, monitor and control their water usage and fleet at any time from a mobile device. The new system works on a pre-paid account system which will require the use of a credit card. The stations will only dispense water when customers have a sufficient balance in their account.

All existing customers are advised to set up a Flowpoint account by March 11, 2025 online at https://abbotsfordbc.flowpointcloud.ca/, in order for bulk water service to continue uninterrupted. Your current account will be deactivated on March 11, 2025 and the final bill for this account will be delivered in April 2025.

The new system will be activated on March 17, 2025

If you have any questions about this new service, please contact operations@abbotsford.ca or view the online resources at
