PURPOSE: If Bylaw No. 3670-2025 is adopted, the Abbotsford Zoning Bylaw, 2014 will permit short-term rental accommodations (i.e. Airbnb) in single detached dwellings, duplexes, and accessory dwelling units, subject to conditions, broadly across the City.
