We’re likely to see some showers today (60 per cent chance), as well as overnight, albeit with a bit of moon shining through. But you might want to tie down your patio furniture – we’ve got a wind warning today from Environment Canada, with wind becoming 70 km/h, gusting to 90, early this afternoon. High today of 12 C and a low of 2.
After that, we may get a bit of sunshine tomorrow, with a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 6 C.

But don’t get your hopes up for a sunny Christmas – after tomorrow, we’re back to rain, and while it likely won’t be a white Christmas, either, we may see a few flakes falling from the sky overnight Christmas Eve and Day.

On clear roads and driving at the speed limit, a drive from the Abbotsford News building to Downtown Vancouver would take 50 minutes.

In Burnaby, traffic is still backed up, but the vehicle stall that appears to have caused it is now clear, according to Drive BC.
