Wildfire breaks out near Harrison Hot Springs

1.5 hectare fire is reportedly human caused

A wildfire is burning in the Harrison Hot Springs area as of Monday morning.

According to the B.C. Wildfire Service, the fire was first discovered on Sunday and as of Monday at 10:30 a.m., it has razed 1.5 hectares approximately 4 kilometres off of Sts’ailes Forest Service Road. It is reportedly human-caused.
