A flipped semi-truck near the Whatcom Exit has slowed down eastbound traffic from Abbotsford to Chilliwack.
The truck appears to have dumped its load, causing traffic to be blocked both ways on South Parallel Road before Cole Road.

The accident has become a visual distraction for Highway 1 drivers, creating delays there also.
