A one-hectare forest fire is being attacked by Coastal Fire Centre crews Monday morning.
Fire information officer Marg Drysdale said Monday morning the fire is 95 per cent contained, and that 20 forest firefighters are working in the area today.
The blaze is believed to be human caused, and is located near Sayres Lake, north of Mission.
Local firefighters were first called and went to the scene, then contacted the provincial government for assistance.
Two helicopters, and a tanker were used Sunday to bring the fire under control.
