UPDATE: Nathan Aitken was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 27 outside of Abbotsford.

A 32-year-old Abbotsford man is wanted by police in relation to an incident on April 3 in which he allegedly struck a person with his vehicle and then damaged the victim’s car.

Nathan Wallace Aitken is wanted for assault with a weapon, mischief and breach of probation.

He is also wanted for six other counts of breaching his probation unrelated to the April 3rd incident.

Aitken was placed on probation for one year in February 2014 after having a peace bond (restraining order) issued against him, according to provincial court records.

He is accused of breaching his probation in September, October and December 2014 and in February 2015 in Abbotsford, Kamloops and Chilliwack.
