Two injured in head-on crash in Abbotsford

The driver of a Honda Civic that was in a head-on collision with a mini van Tuesday night in Abbotsford was airlifted to a Vancouver hospital for treatment.

The crash occurred just before 5:30 p.m. on South Fraser Way near West Railway Street. Each vehicle was occupied only by the driver.

It is believed that one of the vehicles crossed the centre line.

The driver of the mini was transported to Abbotsford Regional Hospital with minor injuries. Const. Ian MacDonald said the prognosis for both drivers was good.
