Reports of a vehicle incident east of Herrling Island have put westbound traffic at a standstill.
Drive B.C. reported a vehicle incident in the westbound lanes of Highway 1. Witnesses report driving from the Hope area to Chilliwack along Highway 1 has taken up to three hours.
