Abbotsford parents are being invited to an information session in Mission on Monday, March 11 to discuss a proposed traditional school.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Fraserview Elementary, 32444 Seventh Ave.
The proposed program will be open to students in kindergarten to Grade 4 and will be the first traditional school in Mission.
Pre-registration opens the following morning at 8:30 at the school board office. An enrolment of 75 children is needed, and kids from Abbotsford are invited.
Abbotsford currently has three traditional schools – Abbotsford Traditional elementary, middle and secondary – but enrolment fills quickly.
