Sy’s Vegan Bistro in Abbotsford permanently closing on Sunday

Sevenoaks Shopping Centre food court location opened in 2019

Sy’s Vegan Bistro, which is located inside the Sevenoaks Shopping Centre’s food court, has announced that its final day of business is on Oct. 11.

Management stated on Facebook that it has been a pleasure serving Abbotsford.

The establishment opened in 2019 and served a menu of only vegan food.

According to the bistro’s website, it was created to share unique flavours and textures and showcase the benefits and delicious options available to those on a vegan diet.

The location was closed in late-July after a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.

It’s not known what will now occupy the space that Sy’s Vegan Bistro occupied.
