A B.C. Supreme Court justice will rule Feb. 3 whether he believes Jarrod Bacon and Wayne Scott of Abbotsford are guilty of drug conspiracy charges.
The trial for the pair concluded last week in Vancouver with dramatic testimony from Bacon, 28.
He and Scott, 55, were charged in November 2009 in Abbotsford with conspiracy to traffic cocaine after an undercover operation by the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit. Bacon has been in custody since his arrest, while Scott has been out on bail.
