The rollover of a westbound SUV on Highway 1 sent at least one person to hospital Wednesday morning.
The vehicle left the highway east of Whatcom Road and rolled onto its roof.
Injuries are not known yet, but an air ambulance was called, and then cancelled.
High winds on Sumas Prairie are making for difficult driving conditions. Two other vehicles left the road in the area of the collision.
Conditions are only expected to worsen this evening, with snow, then freezing rain expected.
