A gas station convenience store was robbed early Monday morning in Abbotsford.
The robbery took place at about 5 a.m., when a man entered the store at the Esso in the 2100 block of Whatcom Road and smashed a display case.
After removing some of the items, the culprit fled from the store and got into a waiting gold-coloured 1990s import sedan, in which a woman was seen in the passenger seat.
The 29-year-old store employee then called police.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian man, 20 to 30 years old, wearing a black hat and a black-and-white bandana over his face.
He was also wearing grey pants, brown shoes, and a blue-and-white jacket with the hood pulled up and writing on one arm.
The woman is described as Caucasian, 18 to 21 years old, with brown hair. She was wearing a beige jacket.
