Repaving at Abbotsford-Huntingdon border crossing could lead to some delays

Public urged to plan ahead, but CBSA says impact to public will be ‘minimal’

Travellers are being warned about possible delays at the Abbotsford-Huntingdon crossing in June.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) says repaving and resurfacing of processing areas “may result in delays” at certain times, but that “impact to the travelling public is expected to be minimal.” Repaving is expected to take place from June 5 to 30.

The CBSA is advising travellers to check border wait times online and follow all signage. The CBSA also has its own app that tracks border wait times.
