Public nudity complaint

Abbotsford Police received a public nudity complaint on Wednesday at 6:40 p.m. The complainant said a male was sitting in a lawn chair by his home, soaking up the sun – with his shorts around his ankles. Police arrived and advised the man that he could be seen from various locations. Const. Ian MacDonald said no charges have been filed  however the man was given two warnings. One informed him that criminal charges could occur if there was a repeat incident. The officer on scene also warned him about the need to wear sunscreen, said MacDonald.
