Police will be recommending charges against two people in relation to a bust at a home on Livingstone Avenue earlier this week.
Const. Ian MacDonald said charges of production and possession of a controlled substance will be recommended against a woman, 28, and a man, 25.
They cannot be named until charges are formally laid.
Police executed search warrants at the home on Livingstone, just south of Maclure Road, on Sunday.
MacDonald said police seized more than 120 marijuana plants, three rifles, one shotgun and ammunition.
The property also had numerous car parts that are believed to be part of a "chop shop" (a location which disassembles stolen vehicles to sell them as parts).
MacDonald said the weapons and chop shop are still under investigation, and no charges have yet been recommended or laid in relation to those aspects.
