Two people have been charged in relation to a stabbing that occurred May 23 on a mushroom farm in Abbotsford.

Setha Kim, 38, and Sokhom Lim, 55, have each been charged with aggravated assault.

The stabbing occurred at a farm in the 27800 block of Townshipline Road. A 40-year-old man was airlifted to hospital, where he recovered from his injuries.

Police at the time said they had detained two men, but they were released.

Police also said it wasn’t clear what relationship the three had to one another and to the farm.

Kim and Lim both failed to show up for their last court appearances, according to provincial court records.

If they don’t show up for their next court date on Aug. 22, an application for a warrant for their arrests will be considered.
