Abbotsford city council will sit for both a regular council meeting and an executive council meeting on Monday, March 21.

The executive meeting, at 3 p.m. will receive annual reports from several city departments, along with Abbotsford City Centre (see purple markers in the map above).

Council will also hear rezoning applications for an expansion of an egg-processing plant on Mt. Lehman Road and another stage of the subdivision development on Auguston (see green markers).

A regular council meeting is scheduled to immediately follow the executive meeting and will again address the subdivision on Sumas Mountain as well as adopting new bylaws relating to the Abbotsford International Airport. Council will also receive a letter from the Union of British Columbia Municipalities, giving an update to its call for a national inquiry into missing and murdered aboriginal women.
