One of the world’s largest fashion retailers has announced that it is coming to Highstreet shopping centre in Abbotsford.
H&M (Hennes & Mauritz) is set to open this fall at the new 600,000-square-foot complex under construction at Mt. Lehman Road and Highway 1.
The Abbotsford location will be among 2,800 H&M stores worldwide in 49 markets, and the 63rd location in Canada.
The Swedish clothing company is known for its high-fashion looks at affordable prices for men, women, teens and children.
One of the anchor tenants, Walmart Super Centre, has already opened at Highstreet and will soon be joined by fashion retailer Marshalls, which is scheduled to open May 23.
Other anchor tenants are London Drugs, Old Navy and Cineplex.
Highstreet will contain more than 90 shops and restaurants in total. A list of stores already confirmed for the shopping complex can be found at the website highstreetfv.com.
