“Fraser Valley parks offer countless opportunities for outdoor recreation,” said Abbotsford South MLA Darryl Plecas. “This funding will assist the FVRD in guiding park planning so that we can enjoy our natural spaces now and in the future.”

This grant is awarded under the Healthy Communities Capacity Building Grant, which supports local government in learning about the needs of their residents in the fields of mental health, physical activity and literacy.
