An Abbotsford tattoo studio is holding a unique event to raise funds for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF).
“Inked at Pink in the Rink” is being held by Memento Mori Studios Inc. in conjunction with the Abbotsford Heat’s “Pink in the Rink” night on Friday, March 1, when the team takes on the Houston Aeros.
People can participate by purchasing a $100 package that includes two tickets to the game and a cancer ribbon tattoo, or just two tickets to the game for $50.
Five participants will be selected on the night of the game to receive their cancer ribbon tattoos live at the Abbotsford Entertainment and Sports Centre.
This will take place on the concourse above where the Zamboni enters the ice.
All other tattoos will be done at the studio by appointment.
