Free COVID-19 rapid-test kits are being handed out in Abbotsford again.
The kits will be handed out while supplies last on Wednesday (Oct. 20) starting at 7 p.m. in the gym of Eugene Reimer Middle School, 3433 Firhill Drive.
They were last handed out a week ago at the same location.
The initiative is being hosted by the non-profit Engaged Communities in collaboration with Fraser Health, which is making the rapid-test kits available to residents of Abbotsford.

The self-test kits are intended for people who are not fully vaccinated or are not currently eligible for vaccination (such as children under 12 years old), particularly those who may be at higher risk of exposure to COVID-19.
Those wanting a kit must attest that they are using it only for personal use and not for travel, employment or commercial use.
Residents are asked to bring ID and provide a phone number.
With guidance from @Fraserhealth we are returning to an area facing a high rate of transmission in West #Abbotsford to distribute #COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Testing devices and provide usage training on Wednesday, October 20th at 7:00 pm. #publichealth #test #empower #community pic.twitter.com/LWKFnnomtf
