If you’ve ever wanted to own your own bowling alley, and who among us hasn’t dreamed that dream, now is your chance.

Chillibowl Lanes on Wellington Avenue is for sale.

Just think of the adventures you could have with 24 lanes of five-pin fun. First of all, you’d get a lot better at bowling because practice. And, you could bowl whenever you wanted. Nothing to do at 4 a.m.? Rack ‘em up!

Earn fame and fortune (moreso the first one) by telling everyone you’ve bowled a perfect game. No one believes you, because it didn’t actually happen? Too bad! You own the place and can put your commemorative plaque wherever you want. They don’t call you Kingpin for nothing! (they call you that because otherwise you won’t let them in the door).

Don’t actually like bowling that much?

With 40,000 square feet of space to work with, invent your own sport that’s a hybrid of bowling, roller derby and ballroom dancing with a little water polo mixed in.

Call it bowler derby dance polo, sit back in your licensed lounge and watch it become a global sensation.

How much would this Utopian existence cost? The listing at realtor.ca says the building that was built in 1967 is priced to sell at $4.68 million.

If you’re in the mood for something a little less bowly and a lot less expensive, Chilliwack’s former municipal hall at 45910 Alexander Avenue, built in 1912, is also for sale, priced at $1.4 million.

And if that doesn’t interest you, there’s a wedding chapel for sale on Adams Road in Sardis for the cool price of $1.7 million.

It was built in 1886 and the listing says it’s home to a thriving wedding venue business. If nothing else, it’ll be a great place to marry that one person who believed you bowled the perfect game.
