Expect a heat wave this weekend: Environment Canada

The Lower Mainland could reach scorching temperatures up to 32 degrees.

It’s gonna be a hot one this weekend.

Temperatures are expected to reach up to 32 degrees inland across the Lower Mainland, Environment Canada said in a special weather warning Friday.

“A few daily record high temperatures will likely be broken with this heat wave,” it reads.

Temperatures can begin to moderate by Monday.
