It’s like a virtual town hall meeting.
Chilliwack residents are invited to take part in a one-to-one conversation with Kinder Morgan president Ian Anderson and to ask any burning questions they may have about the pipeline expansion.
Anderson will be fielding calls from residents of Chilliwack, Abbotsford and Langley on Thursday, at 7:45 p.m. according officials.
Those three cities are “the pipeline communities” along the proposed expansion route of the Trans Mountain Pipeline.
“The town halls provide an opportunity for the public to have one-on-one conversations with Mr. Anderson and hear questions from other community residents.”
A moderator will decide who actually gets to ask a question.

It’s part of the company’s “comprehensive stakeholder engagement program” with 88 open houses or workshops held to date along the pipeline and marine corridors and more than 956 meetings between project team members and stakeholder groups. See more at www.transmountain.com.
The full audio records should be available after the sessions.
