Emergency responders were called to Sevenoaks Shopping Centre this afternoon after reports that a man had gone off the third level of the parkade.

Abbotsford Police Const. Ian MacDonald said police were called at about 2:10 p.m. to assist ambulance crews, who were tending to an injured man believed to be in his 20s.

MacDonald said the circumstances of the incident are still not clear and it is not known whether he jumped, fell or was pushed.

The man was transported to hospital, where he is recovering from his injuries, including broken bones. Police have not released further details on the incident.
