For residents wondering about municipal election candidates' thoughts on Kinder Morgan's plan to expand its pipeline, including through Abbotsford, a report card has been released by the Pipe Up Network.
The local group, made up of residents with concerns about the pipeline, asked candidates questions about the proposal. The candidates were given a report card based on their response.
In Abbotsford, one of two mayoral candidates, 10 of 30 council candidates and eight of 16 school trustee candidates responded to the questions.
