A fire broke out at Nowell Street and Fourth Avenue in an industrial building.
Neighbours said they heard explosions, at Target Steel and Sea Containers which rocked the neighbourhood from at least a block away.
Firefighter crews arrived to fight flames with a huge column of black smoke billowing out from the industrial building that houses the steel company.
