The Legends Football League (formerly the Lingerie Football League) has announced open tryouts for the BC Angels squad. The tryouts take place on Saturday, June 1 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Sportstown BC Sports Complex (4991 No. 5 Rd.) in Richmond.
Athletes are asked to dress in gym wear (sports bra or tank and shorts) with sneakers or turf shoes. Hopefuls will be tested through a series of football drills that will include passing, catching, running, speed, hand/eye coordination, quickness, aggression and instinct.
LFL Canada will kick off its second season in September 2013.
