Abbotsford mayoral and councillor candidates have another opportunity to discuss their visions for the city’s sports, arts, culture and recreation on Tuesday starting at 7 p.m.
Sport Abbotsford, the Abbotsford Arts Council, Tourism Abbotsford and CIVL Radio are hosting the event, which occurs on the second floor of the Abbotsford Legacy Sports Centre.
All six mayoral candidates have confirmed their attendance to the event, as well as the majority of councillor hopefuls.
Candidates have the chance to respond to several questions already sent to them by organizers, and there will also be time for audience questions near the end of the evening.
The free event is expected to last until approximately 9 p.m., with a period of networking to give the general public the opportunity to chat with candidates one-on-one will follow.
Doors open for the meeting at 6:30 p.m., and organizers recommend those interested in attending arrive early.
