Abbotsford’s Magnuson Ford Sales has been awarded the 2020 President’s Award Diamond Club by Ford Motor Company of Canada.

Ford of Canada made the announcement earlier this month, recognizing the Abbotsford location with the annual award given to dealerships who demonstrate outstanding achievement in sales and customer satisfaction.

“We are so proud of our entire team for continually doing business the right way,” stated Layne Magnuson, President and General Manager of Magnuson Ford Sales in a press release. “When we receive an accolade like this, it reassures us that we have put customer service at the forefront of everything we do.”

Magnuson Ford made headlines last May by donating face shield to front line workers in Abbotsford. They were also awarded the Abbotsford A-List award for favourite auto service repair shop, favourite new car dealer and favourite used car dealer.

They also earned the 2016 Community Driver Award for the Fraser Valley region in 2016. That award is given to dealerships that exemplify business strength and community excellence with a significant focus on making a tangible contribution to the growth and livability of their community and/or region.

Dealers become eligible for the President’s Award through excellence in dealership operations and exceptional customer feedback through survey responses related to their sales and service satisfaction and overall dealership experience. Magnuson Ford Sales has been awarded the President’s Award five times.
