All Abbotsford School District public schools will be open today (Monday, Nov. 15).
The district made the announcement on social media earlier this morning.
They recommended that students dress for wet weather and parents use caution if they are driving children.
Buses may also be delayed or running behind schedule.

Meanwhile, Abbotsford’s Mennonite Educational Institute will not be open. The school’s social media stated that it is due to a number of factors related to the heavy rainfall locally.
MEI is CLOSED on Monday, November 15, 2021. This decision factors in a number of safety considerations due to the ongoing heavy rains.
