It has been three years since Wesley Craig Foulds of Abbotsford went missing, and police are once again appealing for public assistance in trying to solve the case.

Foulds, 54, left his Abbotsford home for a doctor's appointment in Burnaby on the morning of March 4, 2009. He was driving his red 2007 Dodge Ram pickup bearing licence plate 0833EH.

The truck was eventually located in the parking lot of the Hayward recreation area north of Mission.

Last year, Abbotsford Police released information that a witness believed he or she had seen Foulds driving westbound on the Lougheed Highway on the day of his disappearance with someone in the passenger seat.

Const. Ian MacDonald said, to date, police have not received any subsequent information from other witnesses about this tip.

"For that reason, we are encouraging people to again come forward with any information or accounts they have of that day and encounters they had with either Foulds or his truck," he said.

Anyone with information should contact the Abbotsford Police Department at 604-859-5225 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
