The Abbotsford Police Department (APD) is searching for two suspects involved in a convenience-store robbery last week.
The robbery took place last Wednesday (Oct. 27) at 3:37 a.m. at the 7-Eleven in the 3000 block of Immel Street.
Sgt. Judy Bird said the two suspects entered the store, were carrying a knife and stole a “large quantity” of cigarettes.
She said the same pair also attempted to get into the 7-Eleven in the 1500 block of McCallum Road at 3:17 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 28. But the front door was locked and they left.

Bird said the culprits left in a stolen dark-coloured Acura CSX in both incidents. The vehicle has since been located in another community.
One of the suspects was wearing a dark-grey hoodie, a grey baseball cap, light-grey jogging pants, dark running shoes and gloves.
The other was wearing a dark hoodie, a red bandana-type mask, a dark baseball cap, grey jogging pants, dark running shoes and gloves.
Anyone who has information or dashcam or CCTV footage is asked to call the APD’s major crime unit at 604-859-5225.
