Abbotsford police discover 93 new appliances stolen from Delta

The Abbotsford Police Department on Thursday (April 22) recovered 93 new appliances worth $70,000 stolen from Delta.

The property was found when APD’s crime reduction unit executed a search warrant in the 2500 block of Lefeuvre Road in west Abbotsford in relation to the theft of a truck and semi-trailer from Delta on April 18.

The stolen appliances included refrigerators, washers, dryers, stove and microwaves stolen from a shipping warehouse. Police said the recovered items have been returned.

The investigation is continuing in partnership with the Delta Police Department. No charges have yet been laid. Anyone with information is asked to contact the APD at 604-859-5225.
