Abbotsford man, 63, faces charges for meth and fentanyl

A 63-year-old man was arrested in Abbotsford on Wednesday (June 17) and is now facing charges in relation to a drug investigation.

After the man was arrested, police issued a search warrant in the 32600 block of Lonsdale Crescent in central Abbotsford.

Abbotsford Police say their search resulted in the seizure of drugs that included fentanyl and methamphetamine, as well as $2,500 cash, scales and packaging, and a replica firearm.

Charges of trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking are being sought against the suspect.
