On Feb. 18 Abbotsford residents can look forward to the grand opening of a new furniture and home decor store – with the added bonus of some familiar faces!
5 Corners Furniture and Mattress Gallery is owned and operated by a local family that many Abbotsford residents may remember from their old OK Tire location, lost to arson in 2017.
Today, Paul Sidhu and family are leaving the automotive sector behind, driving in a new direction with the grand opening of their home furnishings and decor business. Offering high-quality products at affordable prices and brand names like BEST Furniture, Ashley Furniture, SuperStyle, Sealy, and Serta just to name a few.
“As the previous owners of OK Tire Abbotsford, we would like to firstly say ‘thank you’ to the community for their support during our difficult time after the fire,” Sidhu says.
“We would also like to thank the first responders for all of their hard work in trying to save our business. Lastly, we would like to thank our previous customers who, to this day, still ask when we’re coming back.”
Today, that’s happening, albeit with a brand new furniture business!
“In addition to our whole-hearted gratitude to everyone in the community, the Sidhu family would like to let Abbotsford know we are officially BACK in business,” Sidhu says.
“We want to invite everyone to stop by and say hello – we’ve missed everyone and are eager to serve the community of Abbotsford once again, even if it’s in a different capacity.”
While 5 Corners Furniture and Mattress Gallery has been open since Nov. 30 , they’ll host their official grand-opening festivities on Feb. 18, celebrating with fantastic sales on a wide variety of home furniture and decor. Everything in the store will be 50% off.
