Abbotsford Police are sending out a public-safety message after youths were arrested for “pointing and threatening people” with guns, they said.
Officers responded to two separate weapons calls on Friday evening (Jan. 10).
Turns out the guns were BB guns.
“But they sure looked real,” police stated in a social media post.
Officers confiscated two guns, two bags filled with hundreds of BBs, and a can of bear spray.
The youths were arrested in both cases and charges are being recommended by police.
