It was a smaller turnout than usual for this year's Remembrance Day ceremony at Thunderbird Memorial Square in Abbotsford on Monday, Nov. 11.
Due to the adjacent homeless encampment outside of city hall, the event was restricted to those marching in the parade, veterans and dignitaries who laid wreaths.
To accommodate spectators, a giant video screen was set up at Rotary Stadium and the ceremony was live-streamed.
